Following each treatment, your sun spots will turn dark and flake off naturally over a few days. We recommend keeping treated skin clean and moisturized and we will teach you how to protect your skin after treatment.
It’s important to protect your skin from the sun following each treatment as well as use products designed for sensitive skin until you are healed. You will need to avoid prolonged sun exposure during the course of your treatment schedule. A high-SPF broad-spectrum sunscreen is recommended when outside.
Immediately following treatment, you can expect to see mild redness, and it may feel like a sunburn in the treated area. This should only last a few hours, but in some cases, up to a day or two. You’ll often start to see results a few days after treatment, but the full improvement will be seen 2 weeks after.
This procedure is known to restore your skin to its natural beauty. Discoloration or splotches will fade to reveal vibrant, more youthful skin. Prominent blood vessels or red spots will be improved, if not eliminated, in the treatment area.
