Improve Your Skin Care Regimen

Use Your Diet to Your Advantage
A diet containing healthy fats and omega-3s can help fight against the dry or itchy skin. Foods that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids include salmon, halibut, walnuts, safflower oil, and flax. Be sure to consume the recommended 6-8 glasses of water per day. Help hydrate your skin by investing in a humidifier and humidity monitor to help offset seasonal dryness.
